A Blank Rome team represented Canvas Property Group, a New York-based data-driven multifamily real estate investment and services firm, in its joint venture purchase with Tokyu Land U.S. Corporation of a luxury residential tower in Downtown Brooklyn. The tower, known as The Azure, is a 150-unit building at 436 Albee Square West.
