A Blank Rome team represented Phoenix Marketing International Holdings, LLC (“PMI”), one of the world’s top marketing and research consulting organizations and a portfolio company of ZS Fund L.P., in connection with its merger with MarketCast, LLC (“MarketCast”), a research and analytics firm and portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company, pursuant to which MarketCast acquired 100 percent of the issued and outstanding equity interests of PMI.
The transaction closed on March 21, 2022.
