Blank Rome represented Shawmut Design and Construction, a national construction management firm, in connection with its acquisition of 100 percent of the issued and outstanding equity interests of First Finish, LLC, a full-service hotel and hospitality general contractor specializing in complex renovations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction closed on October 31, 2024.
