Blank Rome obtained a Final Award on behalf of the firm’s client KYNC Design LLC totaling $1,300,000. The dispute arose when the defendant warehouse failed to properly store and manage large quantities of cleaning products resulting in significant damage to the products. The dispute was arbitrated in New Jersey under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
