A Blank Rome team successfully represented Johnson & Johnson (“J&J”) and Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, PA, on September 24, 2021, when the jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of J&J following a six-week jury trial, wholly rejecting the plaintiff’s claim that her use of J&J’s baby powder caused the plaintiff’s ovarian cancer.
