Blank Rome represented The New School in the leasing of 9,000 square feet of retail space to CVS/Pharmacy on the ground level of the school’s new University Center, which opened in January 2014. The retail space sits at 2 West 14th Street, at the intersection of 14th Street and Fifth Avenue. The CVS location is projected to open in September 2014 and will operate 24 hours a day.
