Shinhan Bank Closes a $120 Syndicated Term Loan

Blank Rome represented Shinhan Bank, headquartered in Seoul, Korea, as administrative and collateral agent in closing a $120 million syndicated term loan secured by a class-A building located in Washington, DC. Other participating lenders in the transaction were Hana Bank and Woori Bank, large based Korea banks. The transaction closed in October 2014.
