Anthony will discuss the recently issued, long-awaited exemption under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) for defense trade between and among “authorized users” in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. In particular, the webinar will explore the nature and extent of newly authorized activity, delineate the limitations on the use of the exemption, and touch upon possible use cases and next steps.
