Our complimentary annual CLE on Emerging Issues in Business and Employment Litigation looks a bit different this year. Unique from previous years’ in-person, single-day event in Philadelphia, our 2020 virtual program will be livestreamed as an expanded, weeklong series reaching our clients and friends across the nation. The topics, and the CLE format itself, take into account COVID‑19’s impact on litigation, including strategy and analysis businesses can employ moving forward.
