About Natalie Alameddine
Natalie Alameddine concentrates her practice on labor and employment law, where she defends employers in single-plaintiff and class action employment matters. Natalie represents and counsels employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including federal and California wage and hour issues, class actions and PAGA representative actions, discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and misclassification.
Since 2020, Natalie has served as the LACBA (Los Angeles County Bar Association) Barrister’s Section liaison to the Labor & Employment Section. Natalie is also currently on the Barrister’s Section Executive Committee and serves as co-chair of the Professional Development Committee. Natalie is a member of the labor and employment section of the California State Bar Association, and a board member of the Arab-American Lawyers of Southern California. She also serves on the UC Hastings Board of Governors for the 2022-2025 term and is co-chair of the UC Hastings Alumni West LA Chapter.
Natalie was named a Los Angeles “Rising Star” in Employment Litigation by Super Lawyers from 2021–2023 and was listed as "One to Watch," Labor and Employment Law - Management by Best Lawyers in America© from 2021–2023. About Caroline Powell Donelan
Caroline Donelan is a trusted adviser and strategic partner to both domestic and foreign clients, providing advice and defense counsel in all areas of employment law compliance and litigation, including wage and hour class and representative (“PAGA”) actions, wrongful termination/retaliation, discrimination, harassment, trade secret disputes, data protection, and alleged fiduciary breaches.
Caroline’s proactive risk management practice includes drafting key workplace policies and agreements, providing practical implementation guidance, conducting workplace trainings, managing internal audits and investigations, and providing day-to-day counseling on the wide variety of employment issues her clients face. Caroline also provides transactional support and advice on stock and asset purchase agreements, including buy- and sell-side due diligence and executive agreements.
Caroline sits on the advisory board of Partnerships for Trauma Recovery is the co-founder of Mother Attorneys Mentoring Association ("MAMAs LA"), a family-friendly networking and support organization focused on the distinct issues women face while toggling the dual role of mother and attorney. In 2022, Caroline was named a “Leader of Influence: Labor & Employment Attorneys” by Los Angeles Business Journal.
