Labor & Employment Associate 
Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Labor & Employment Associate with at least 3 -5 years of experience in litigating in an array of employment law areas. Traditional labor experience would be helpful but not required.  Candidates can be based out of our Chicago, New York, Philadelphia or Washington, D.C. offices. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players and have outstanding academic and professional credentials. The target annual pay range for this role in Illinois, New York City and Washington, D.C. is $260,000–$350,000 plus bonuses based on performance. Positions outside of Illinois, New York City and Washington, D.C. will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome’s total compensation package for employees. In addition, Blank Rome provides a comprehensive suite of benefits to promote health and financial security, including medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as life, accident, and disability insurance plans. The firm also provides the opportunity to participate in 401(k) retirement benefits, commuter benefits, and well-being programs.

Corporate Associate 
The Dallas office of Blank Rome LLP has an immediate opening for a Corporate Associate with at least 5-8 years of experience. Candidates should have experience in broad-based general corporate matters, and in particular in the mergers and acquisitions and private equity areas. Securities law knowledge is preferred, but not required. This associate will be hired into our Corporate, M&A, and Securities Practice Group. Trusts & Estates Associate 
Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Trusts & Estates Associate with at least 3-8 years of experience. Candidates can be based out of our New York or Philadelphia offices. Candidates must have in-depth, broad-based experience in estate planning and estate administration, and some litigation experience is preferred.  An LLM in Tax is strongly preferred, as well. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players, have outstanding academic and professional credentials and be admitted to practice in New York and/or Pennsylvania.
