Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (“LCLD”) has selected Natalie Alameddine to join the 2024 LCLD Fellows Program and Naomi Gallimore and Maria Rodriguez to join the 2024 LCLD Pathfinders Program. The Fellow and Pathfinder programs were created to support attorneys from diverse backgrounds in forming successful career-development strategies.
LCLD Fellows have distinguished themselves by being deeply engaged, indispensable to key clients and teams, invested in attorney mentoring and professional development, and on a trajectory toward leadership positions. Pathfinders are early-career emerging leaders who have distinguished, or have the potential to distinguish, themselves within their organizations.
“We are thrilled to have Natalie, Naomi, and Maria represent Blank Rome in the 2024 LCLD Fellows Program and Pathfinders Program,” said Grant S. Palmer, Blank Rome’s Chair and Managing Partner. “As a longstanding LCLD member organization, Blank Rome is committed to the development and advancement of all of our attorneys and fully supports LCLD in its mission to empower the next generation of leaders in the legal profession.”
“Our firm is proud of its participation with LCLD, an organization that is committed to building a more equitable and diverse industry,” said Krystal Studavent Ramsey, Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Blank Rome. “Natalie, Naomi, and Maria are rising stars, and the LCLD programs provide outstanding opportunities for them to continue to develop their leadership skills and form relationships with influential industry leaders. We know this will be a valuable experience for them and look forward to seeing how they will leverage what they learn at our firm and in the industry as they continue to advance in their careers.”
The LCLD Fellows Program is an intensive, yearlong professional development program that mentors the legal industry’s leaders of tomorrow. The program connects high-potential, mid-career attorneys with leading general counsel and managing partners as well as their peers for mentoring and career guidance. As one of the Fellows selected for the 2024 class, Natalie will interact with key legal and business leaders and participate in professional development opportunities, leadership training, and relationship-building events.
The LCLD Pathfinders Program is a seven-month professional program designed to provide high-performing, early-career attorneys with practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies. From class meetings to group peer circles, Naomi and Maria will interact and network with their peers, both in person and in a virtual format, in addition to engaging in an exclusive LCLD leadership and professional-development curriculum.
