Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that William M. Pekarsky has joined the firm’s New York office as an associate in the Commercial Litigation group, which recently welcomed partner Audrey F. Momanaee and associate Christopher W. Caudill in Houston and of counsel P. Gavin Eastgate and associate Bryant A. Andrews in Pittsburgh.
William concentrates his practice on a wide range of commercial litigation matters and represents clients in all stages of litigation and disputes before New York State Supreme Courts, New York City Civil Courts, New York State Appellate Courts, and alternative dispute resolution organizations. He joins Blank Rome from Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.
William has notable experience handling real estate litigation matters involving condominium and cooperative representation, building construction disputes, commercial and residential landlord-tenant proceedings, appellate litigation, and general commercial and residential real estate litigation.
Admitted to practice in New York, William received his J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School, and his B.S. from The College of New Jersey. Earlier this year, William was named a “rising star” by New York Super Lawyers.
