Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Jourdan S. Garvey has joined the Philadelphia office as an associate in the firm’s growing Corporate, M&A, and Securities group.
Jourdan comes to Blank Rome from Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, LLP and concentrates her practice on business and corporate law. She assists companies with an array of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and financings, and advises clients on SEC compliance matters and general corporate matters and governance.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Jourdan earned her J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, and her B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh. She is an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
