Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Ashley Brinn Levy has joined the firm’s Princeton office in the Corporate Litigation group.
Ashley focuses her practice on advising clients from a broad range of industry groups in connection with business, litigation, real estate, land use, zoning, and gaming matters. She represents and advises sophisticated clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
Ashley has worked with clients in the real estate industry on the development and redevelopment of industrial, commercial, and residential properties. She has extensive experience appearing before municipal planning and zoning boards and obtaining approvals for commercial developers as well as residential homeowners. In this capacity, she represents buyers, sellers, and developers in a wide array of real estate and land use matters, handles litigation in connection with real estate and land use disputes, and represents clients regarding land use matters in the cannabis industry.
In addition, Ashley represents gaming corporations, gaming equipment manufacturers, e-sports leagues, as well as regional entities and individuals in gaming licensing, regulatory, governance, and compliance matters in various jurisdictions.
Admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Ashley received her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, and her B.A., cum laude, from Bryn Mawr College. Ashley has been recognized by Return On Information-NJ in its ROI-NJ Influencers: Women in Business, New Jersey Super Lawyers, and Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey and Commerce Magazine as a leader in the real estate and gaming industry. She is on the board of directors and is the chair of best practices for the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association. She is fluent in French and is on the board of directors of the French American Chamber of Commerce – Philadelphia Chapter.
