Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Daisy Clifton-Lee has joined the firm’s Houston office as an associate in the in the Finance, Restructuring, and Bankruptcy group, which recently welcomed associate Jennifer K. Malow in Wilmington.
Daisy represents companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions in connection with secured and unsecured transactions, including senior and subordinated debt financings, acquisition financings, and asset-based loans. She joins Blank Rome from Duane Morris LLP.
Admitted to practice in Texas, Daisy received her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Rutgers University. While attending law school, Daisy served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge David Hittner at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, as well as an editor of the Cornell International Law Journal and the academic chair of the Cornell Law School Women of Color Collective.
