Blank Rome Welcomes New Labor and Employment Associate Jack Milligan in Houston

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Jack S. Milligan has joined the firm’s Houston office as an associate in the Labor & Employment group, which recently welcomed associates Theresa A. Topping and Gabrielle I. Weiss in Philadelphia. Jack joins Blank Rome from Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C.

Jack focuses his practice on a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters. He represents and advises employers in connection with issues such as restrictive covenants and trade secrets disputes, wage and hour actions, and single and multi-plaintiff discrimination and retaliation claims. Jack also routinely assists employers in responding to charges of discrimination filed with administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and its state counterparts.

Admitted to practice in Texas, Jack received his J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law, and his B.S. from Texas A&M University. While in law school, Jack served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Renee Harris Toliver in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Jack was also a casenote and comment editor for the SMU Law Review Association.
