Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Tiffany D. Sanders has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C., office as an of counsel in the Real Estate group, which welcomed associate Eric L. Bodzin in Philadelphia earlier this year. Tiffany joins Blank Rome following her role as president and general counsel at Edge Funds Management LLC.
Tiffany is an experienced transactional attorney and senior level executive bringing 20 years of comprehensive experience in the acquisition, management, and development of commercial real estate assets. She represents clients in a wide range of matters, including debt financing, workouts and restructuring, acquisitions and diligence, joint ventures, lease negotiations, construction contracts, service contracts, insurance loss and litigation, risk assessments, sustainability, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning.
Tiffany has directed the due diligence and acquisitions of more than $1.3 billion in real estate assets and negotiated over $3 billion of debt financing. She also directly negotiated letters of intent and leases with tenants, brokers, and attorneys for millions of square feet of office and retail space.
Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland, Tiffany received her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law, her M.A. from Georgetown University, and her B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
