Biography
Allison Zamani focuses her practice on insurance recovery litigation, with notable experience in class action defense and employment litigation matters.
Allison advises clients on numerous insurance coverage types, including errors and omissions/professional liability policies, directors and officers liability policies, Comprehensive General Liability policies, first-party property policies, and “Bermuda Form” excess liability policies. She counsels clients on what coverage types to consider for their companies and what coverage type to pursue in the event of a loss or claim.
Allison has represented policyholders through all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution, from pre-litigation investigation and counseling through trial and arbitration. She has represented policyholders in both domestic and international arbitration, including being a key member of multiple international arbitrations pursuant to the Bermuda Form.
Outside the Firm
Allison is interested in the intersection of healthcare and policy. She enjoys yoga and wellness, cycling, hiking, holistic health, clog dancing and performing, comedy, and travel.
