Biography
Amanda C. DeLaPerriere focuses her practice on government contracts law and white collar matters, including advising clients on regulatory, counseling, and litigation matters.
Amanda has notable litigation experience before the Boards of Contract Appeals, the Government Accountability Office, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Amanda also has experience with False Claims Act litigation. Amanda has advised contractors on compliance with federal procurement regulations and responding to government audits from the Defense Contract Audit Agency (“DCAA”) and the Defense Contract Management Agency (“DCMA”) regarding contractor costs.
Amanda previously served as a legal intern at the U.S. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals and as a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. During law school, Amanda received the Ruth Burg Government Procurement Law Scholarship and served as a Notes Editor at the Public Contracts Law Journal. Amanda also earned a J.D. Concentration in Government Procurement Law during law school.
