Amber N. Morris

Biography

Amber N. Morris concentrates her practice on representing and counseling individual and corporate policyholders, including Fortune 500 companies, against global insurers.

Amber has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, banking, commercial real estate, manufacturing, energy, entertainment, professional sporting, and other commercial sectors. Her experience includes an array of high-stakes, complex insurance coverage litigation and advisory matters relating to first-party property, commercial general liability, and professional liability policies, as well as specialized coverages, such as representations and warranties, accidental contamination, and cyber.

Amber also has notable experience in auditing companies’ insurance portfolios, providing coverage analyses and recommendations related to potential future litigation, and engaging in pre-litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Previously, Amber served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas G. Saylor at the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. During law school, Amber served as a comments editor on the Penn State Law Review. She has also published written work in several national law reviews and other legal publications.

Outside the Firm

In her free time, Amber enjoys mentoring law students, golfing, exploring local restaurants and cafés, hiking with her dog, and attending Penn State football games.
