Biography
Ben Holman focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters relating to buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, private equity, and general corporate governance.
Prior to joining the firm, Ben served as an associate at a Boston-based law firm, where he worked as summer associate during law school. He also previously served as a staff member and note editor of the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy and as a member of the Suffolk University Law School Moot Court Honor Board.
