Biography
Gabrielle Phillips concentrates her practice on a wide range of real estate matters, counseling banks, financial institutions, REITs, and other sponsors on real estate financings, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and related matters. Her representations span a variety of disciplines including in healthcare, renewable energy, industrial, and office spaces.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Gabrielle served as a law clerk and associate at a Baltimore-based law firm as well as a judicial intern to the Hon. Douglas R. M. Nazarian of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
Outside the Firm
Gabrielle is a proud dog mom, novice potter, and psychological thriller enthusiast.
