Biography
Gabrielle Gesek concentrates her practice on a wide range of commercial litigation and white collar enforcement matters.
Gabrielle represents clients in complex commercial disputes, white-collar criminal defense, financial fraud, and government and internal investigations.
She has notable experience assisting with internal investigations, government subpoenas, trial preparation, and all phases of litigation involving the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), and breach of contract commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Gabrielle served as an associate attorney at two Philadelphia-based law firms. During law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable C. Darnell Jones II of the U.S. Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania, as well as an associate editor for the Drexel Law Review and the president of the Women’s Law Society.
