Biography
Michael Darbee concentrates his practice on a wide range of litigation matters, including class action litigation and complex commercial litigation.
During law school, Mike was a board member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and a Wolcott Fellow for the Hon. Chief Justice Myron T. Steele (ret.) and Hon. Justice Randy J. Holland (ret.) of the Delaware Supreme Court. He also served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Lois H. Goodman of the District of New Jersey and as a judicial intern for the Hon. Paul P. Panepinto of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
