Biography
Mike Stack concentrates his practice on matters relating to business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, emerging companies, and cannabis business and law.
Prior to joining the firm, Mike served as an associate at a Boston-based law firm. During law school, Mike worked at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Northeastern University’s Office of the General Counsel, and the Massachusetts Securities Division. He also served on the editorial board of the Northeastern University Law Review. Before attending law school, Mike began his professional career working in financial services in Boston.
