Naveed Cheraghchi

Biography

Naveed Cheraghchi focuses his practice on buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), venture capital, emerging companies, and general private equity matters. His clients range from entrepreneurs with an idea for a startup, to family-owned businesses seeking an exit, to private equity firms searching for an addition to their portfolio.

Naveed’s greatest strengths are his attention to detail and ability to navigate high-pressure situations. With a practice centered largely around M&A, Naveed is adept at juggling the last-minute challenges that often arise with the same level of care that he brings to the start of the transaction. In stressful transactions, he strives to be a calming presence for clients.

One of his favorite things about being a transactional attorney is gaining an in-depth knowledge of the businesses he works with across a wide range of industries and understanding what makes each business tick. He also recognizes the intensity of the situations his clients are in.

Naveed previously worked at a Boston-based law firm that focused exclusively on M&A.
