Biography
Stephen Wah counsels and represents policyholders in a wide range of complex insurance coverage disputes.
Stephen has advised clients on insurance coverage under an array of forms and policies, including commercial crime, cyber, directors & officers, employment practices liability, errors & omissions, event cancellation, fidelity, general liability, products liability, property, and workers’ compensation.
Stephen has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, financial services, professional services, and retail. He has successfully recovered over a hundred million dollars in wrongfully denied insurance proceeds and related damages.
While attending law school, Stephen was the editor-in-chief of the Cardozo ADR Competition Honor Society and staff editor of the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender. He also served as a clinic intern for the Securities Arbitration Clinic and the president of the Minority Law Student Alliance.
