Thomas P. Cialino

Biography

Thomas Cialino concentrates his practice in financial services matters. 

As a member of the firm's Financial Institutions Litigation and Regulatory Compliance (“FILARC”) group, Thomas regularly represents lenders and financial institutions in a variety of consumer financial services litigation matters, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA, and FDCPA, state law UDAP claims, and a variety of common law claims.

Thomas’s practice also includes representing a broad range of gaming industry clients, including casinos, internet gaming operators, sports betting companies, and gaming related vendors. His experience includes advising clients on compliance with sports betting and gaming regulations and licensing issues as well as handling complex litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions.

While in law school, Thomas was a note and comment editor for the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. He was also a member of the Temple Moot Court Honor Society. Thomas received the Joseph W. Marshall Scholarship for outstanding achievement in tax law, as well a scholarship from the Justinian Society.

He served as Judicial Honors Program Clerk for the Honorable Mitchell Goldberg of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
