Corporate Securities Associate
Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Corporate Securities Associate with at least 3 years of experience. Candidates can be based out of any of our offices. This position is focused on securities matters. The ideal candidate will be able to lead ’34 Act compliance and ’33 Act securities work and have significant experience with capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings of equity, debt and other securities, corporate governance matters, exchange listing requirements, Rule 144, Section 13 and Section 16 issues and familiarity with executive compensation. This Associate will be hired into our Corporate, M&A, and Securities Practice Group. Positions outside of New York City will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome’s total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include bonuses based on performance. Litigation Associate
The Los Angeles office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience. Candidates should have significant experience in litigating complex consumer cases, including class actions and mass arbitrations, arising out of data privacy as well as general commercial litigation. Substantial experience drafting pleadings, written discovery, and motions is a must. Candidates must be highly motivated, personable team players and have outstanding academic and professional credentials, and must be admitted to practice in California. The Philadelphia office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Labor & Employment Associate with at least 3 -5 years of experience in litigating in an array of employment law areas. Traditional labor experience would be helpful but not required. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players and have outstanding academic and professional credentials. Litigation Associate
The New York office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Litigation Associate with at least 3-5 years of litigation experience. Candidates should have experience in complex business litigation in state and federal courts with a focus on New York courts. Relevant experience should include outstanding research capabilities, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting written discovery, managing large scale document reviews, taking/defending depositions, and attending court conferences and hearings.
